+ COME TO YOUR INTRO SESSION
We start with an intro session where we talk you through how it all works, take your body measurements and establish the most effective training and nutrition program for you.
+ GET SET UP WITH YOUR COACH
Upon completion of your intro session, one of our coaches will be assigned as your personal coach, and their job is to make sure you stay on track and get results without feeling confused and overwhelmed.
+ GROUP TRAINING
Every week you'll be coached through three group training sessions that are specifically designed to help you reach your fat loss, strength or muscle building goals.
+ CARRY ON WITH YOUR JOURNEY
Towards the end of your challenge, your coach will assess your progress, set you some targets and, should you decide EK Fitness Centre is for you, talk you through the various options we have available to continue your journey with us.

Nutrition support and guidance that is individualised to you - we use a flexible approach so you can get great results without missing social events or feeling like you’re on a restrictive "diet".
+ WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Along with the daily support in the gym and on our app, you also have a weekly check-in where your own personal coach will provide support, guidance, resources and strategies to make sure you’re still heading towards your goals.
